Acceptable Use Policy

Tonecast is for personal and professional communication. Do not use it to harm people, evade systems, or generate content you are not willing to stand behind.

Do not misuse Tonecast

  • Do not use Tonecast to harass, threaten, impersonate, or deceive people.
  • Do not generate illegal, exploitative, or harmful content.
  • Do not use Tonecast to send spam, phishing, fraud, or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Do not upload or process content you do not have the right to use.

Do not attack the service

  • Do not bypass rate limits, spend caps, device limits, or billing controls.
  • Do not automate account creation or abuse refunds.
  • Do not probe, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer Tonecast Cloud APIs except as permitted by law.

Voice and consent

If you use voice transcription, make sure you have the right to record and process the audio. Laws vary by location. You are responsible for consent when recording other people.

Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend, revoke, or terminate access when usage creates risk for users, Codefox AI, upstream providers, or the public.
